If you’ve ever felt like something is wrong with you because you’re overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, exhausted, or constantly questioning yourself — this meditation is for you.
“I am not crazy” is often the first truth that needs to land when someone has lived in long-term stress, emotional invalidation, gaslighting, or survival mode.
Nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system has been doing exactly what it needed to do to keep you safe. This trauma-informed guided meditation is designed to help you:
- calm your nervous system
- restore a sense of internal safety
- reconnect with self-trust
- release shame and self-doubt
- settle out of survival mode and into stabilization
This is not about fixing yourself, pushing through, or becoming a new version of you. It’s about slowing down long enough for your body to feel safe again — and remembering that your reactions make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through.
You can listen to this meditation when:
- you feel emotionally dysregulated or overstimulated
- you’re stuck in overthinking or self-doubt
- calm feels uncomfortable or unsafe
- you need grounding after a hard conversation or day
- you’re ready to stabilize instead of reinvent
Find a comfortable position, allow your breath to be natural, and let yourself be guided gently back into your body. You are not broken. You are not behind. And you are not crazy.
